60ml The Bellarine Distillery Teddy & The Fox Gin
30ml The Curious Cabinet Mandarin Shrub Syrup (or to taste)
Soda Water
Lime
Add Gin & Shrub Syrup to a glass with lots of ice. Top with soda & a squeeze of lime.
Garnish with lime wheels, Mandarin wheels or a rim of The Curious Cabinet Mandarin Dust. Enjoy!

Rhubarb, Ginger & Apple-tini
Another winter-warmer as the weather changes, although we can confirm that it’s delicious all year ‘round! This gin based cocktail combines rhubarb, ginger and apple to make a warm, sweet and deliciously tart concoction. If you’re not a gin fan, it also works really well with vodka.
INGREDIENTS
3/4 ounces The Curious Cabinet Rhubarb Shrub Syrup
1/4 ounce Domaine De Canton Ginger Liqueur
2 ounces of your favourite London Dry Gin
METHOD
Add all ingredients a mixing glass with lots of ice. Stir well. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with thin slices of apple.

INGREDIENTS
30ml The Curious Cabinet Shrub Syrup of choice.
30-60ml gin
soda water
garnish of choice (see suggestions below)
METHOD
Fill a glass with ice. Add Shrub Syrup, gin and top with soda water. Stir.

RHUBARB SHRUB - Mint, ginger, apple or rosemary
CHERRY SHRUB - Mint, rosemary or lime
STRAWBERRY SHRUB - Mint, lime, basil and/or cucumber
WHITE PEACH SHRUB - mint, rosemary, thyme
MANDARIN SHRUB - mint, thyme, rose petals

45ml Anther Goddess Strength Gin
7.5ml Orange Curacao
7.5ml Martini Speciale Reserva Ambrato
30ml Curious Cabinet White Peach Shrub
METHOD
Shake and double strain into a coupe or honeycomb glass with a white grapefruit twist.

CUPIDS' KISS
A delicious valentine themed treat for your sweetheart! Created by Nicole at Anther Distillary and kindly shared with us.
4 fresh raspberries (muddled)
45 mls Anther Florescence gin (collaboration with the Royal Melbourne Botanic Gardens)
15 mls Marionette Liqueur Groiselle
30 mls The Curious Cabinet Strawberry Shrub Syrup
15 mls lemon juice
Muddle raspberries and add other ingredients, shake and double strain into a glass, garnish with edible flowers.
Mandarin Sour
A delicious twist on the traditional Sour, created by Nicole at Anther Distillary.
45 ml Anther Dry
15 ml Marionette Orange Curacao
30 ml The Curious Cabinet Mandarin Shrub
10 ml fresh lime juice
Shake with ice and double strain into a coupe glass with a Rosemary Spray a rim of The Curious Cabinet Mandarin Dust.
Mandarin Martini
A citrus twist on a martini, that will warm you up for Autumn & Winter.
2 1/2 shots of your favourite Gin or vodka
1/2 shot The Curious Cabinet Mandarin Shrub Syrup (or to taste)
Add gin & Shrub syrup to a cocktail shaker with lots of ice. Shake well. Strain into a coupe glass. garnish with olives or a mandarin peel twist.
Kyoto Cherry Blossom Cocktail
A beautiful tea-infused cocktail inspired by our collaboration with The Tea Nomad and their delicious Kyoto Tea.

INGREDIENTS
1 heaped teaspoon The Tea Nomad Kyoto Tea
1/2 shot The Curious Cabinet Cherry Shrub Syrup
2 shots Dry London Gin (We used Tanquaray)
1/2 shot sweet white vermouth (We used Del Professor).
Combine Kyoto Tea and gin in a glass and steep for 2 hours.
Strain the infused gin into a cocktail mixing jug with lots of ice. Add Cherry Shrub Syrup and Vermouth. Stir to chill and dilute. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with orange peel. Spritz with rose water and dried roses (optional).
Rhubarb, Apple & Ginger Gin Spritz
1 1/2 shots The Curious Cabinet Rhubarb Shrub Syrup
1 shot gin
6 shots soda water
2 thin slices fresh ginger
4-5 thin slices of apple to garnish
Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add Shrub Syrup, gin and soda water. Garnish with ginger and apple. Serve.
NON-ALCOHOLIC VERSION
For non-alcoholic, just remove the gin and add an extra shot of soda water.

INGREDIENTS
1 shot gin
4 shots soda water
1 sprig of rosemary to garnish
METHOD
Fill a glass with ice. Add Shrub Syrup, gin and soda water. Stir. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
