30ml The Curious Cabinet Boysenberry Shrub
Dash of bitters
Bay leaf to garnish
METHOD
Shake gin, Shrub Syrup, dash of bitters in a shaker with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a bay leaf.
