Based on recipes from the old world, our award winning range of Shrub Syrups are a delicious way to enjoy alcohol-free drinks, or mix with your favourite spirits or cocktail.
Our Botanic Gardens range has been created in collaboration with Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria, and 5% of proceeds from this collaboration will go towards the continued conservation and research undertaken by the Gardens.
RECIPE SUGGESTIONS
Sparkling Boysenberry
Add 1 part The Curious Cabinet Boysenberry Shrub Syrup and lots of ice to a glass. Add 5 parts soda and stir. Adjust to taste. (Add some gin for a delicious alternative to a gin and tonic.)
A Stroll in the Gardens
60ml Gin (try Anther Distillery’s Florescence Gin which is also a collaboration with Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria).
30ml The Curious Cabinet Boysenberry Shrub Syrup
Dash of bitters
Shake with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with bay leaf (optional).
