A light and delicate tea featuring green tea, jasmine blossoms, rose petals, dried orange, dried apple and juniper. Summer Tea Party Cocktail Tea

A refreshing blend of assam tea, rose petals, rose hip, hibiscus and juniper. The perfect base for a festive iced tea jug, this cocktail tea is strong and robust. It matches perfectly with lemonade or ginger ale, but our favourite way to mix it is with our Strawberry Shrub Syrup and soda, as a festive punch. See the recipe here.

Festive Spiced Cocktail Tea

This earthy, spiced tea is dark and complex. Think mulled wine and sangria mixed into a tea blend. Featuring assam tea blended with cloves, cinnamon, elderberries, orange peel, hibiscus and star anise. Brew Guide

Steep 2 heaped teaspoons of tea in 250ml freshly boiled water for 6-8 minutes. Strain and chill. Store in fridge for up to 3 days.
