  • 1 shot The Curious Cabinet Rhubarb Shrub Syrup

  • 1 shot Aperol

  • 3 shots Prosecco

  • 1 shot Soda Water

Pour Shrub Syrup, Aperol, prosecco & soda water into a wine glass. Fill the wine glass to the top with ice. Garnish with an orange wedge.

INGREDIENTS

  • The Curious Cabinet Stewed Rhubarb & Apple

  • The Curious Cabinet Granola

  • Greek Yoghurt (Natural or vanilla, depending on how sweet you like it!)

METHOD

Place yogurt in bottom of your chosen serving glass/jar/dish. Add a layer of Granola, then Stewed Rhubarb and Apple and repeat. Dig in and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 shot The Curious Cabinet Rhubarb Shrub Syrup

  • 5 shots soda water

  • 1 sprig of mint

METHOD

Fill a glass with ice. Add Shrub Syrup and soda water. Stir. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
