White Peach Martini
RECIPE
1 shot The Curious Cabinet White Peach Shrub Syrup (or to taste)
2 1/2 shots gin
METHOD
Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with rosemary, mint or thyme.
