White Peach Gimlet

RECIPE

• 1 shot The Curious Cabinet White Peach Shrub Syrup

• 2 shots gin

• 1/4 shot lime juice

• 3 sage leaves

METHOD

Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with sage.
