Workshop Highlights:
Hands on experience: Engage in hands-on activities where you'll prepare and start your own fermentation projects.
What you'll be making and taking home: You'll be working with Pia to make three different recipes. Each of these can be used as a fantastic base recipe that you can then experiment with when you get home.
> Fermented Rhubarb Soda - unbelievably tasty, this recipe can be used with lots of different fruits, and you'll be completely hooked. The perfect recipe to perfect before spring and summer!
> Krout - a staple ferment, that tastes better than any standard store purchased version.
