  • Make 3 of your own delicious, fermented goodies and gain the confidence to experiment with your own unique recipes. 

  • Take the fear out of fermentation, and discover best practices for ensuring your creations are safe and delicious.

Workshop Highlights:

  • Hands on experience: Engage in hands-on activities where you'll prepare and start your own fermentation projects.

  • What you'll be making and taking home: You'll be working with Pia to make three different recipes. Each of these can be used as a fantastic base recipe that you can then experiment with when you get home.  
    > Fermented Rhubarb Soda - unbelievably tasty, this recipe can be used with lots of different fruits, and you'll be completely hooked. The perfect recipe to perfect before spring and summer! 
    > Krout - a staple ferment, that tastes better than any standard store purchased version. 
    > Fermented Chilli - the most delicious jar of chilli paste that you'll be using on everything! 

  • Morning tea:  including delicious food and a mocktail (or two!).
