Sparkling Shrub Elixir
Ditch the lemon-lime & bitters and jazz up your soda water for an intriguing take on a sweet and bitter drink .
Add 1 part The Curious Cabinet Shrub Syrup to 5 parts soda water. Adjust to taste. Serve with lots of ice.
Gin & Shrub
Move over tonic, there’s a new kid on the block. Suited to the botanical notes of Australian Craft Gins, a Gin & Shrub is our curious take on the classic G&T.
Add 1 part The Curious Cabinet Shrub Syrup and 1 part gin to 5 parts soda water. Serve in a glass with lots of ice.
