FESTIVE HIGH-TEA SPRITZ

The Curious Cabinet Festive High-Tea Spritz gives you a deliciously festive drink to serve your friends at your next party. With a blend of white peach, green tea, jasmine and rose, it’s sure to be a hit.

All you'll need to add to this kit is a bottle of prosecco and your garnishes of choice.

Step 1

Empty the Spring Blossoms Cocktail Tea blend into a tea pot or heat proof jug with 300ml boiled water. Steep for 4-6 minutes.

Step 2

Strain tea into a jug or bottle and chill in fridge until ready to serve (at least one hour).

Step 3

At the time of serving, add chilled tea, Shrub Syrup, and 750 ml of prosecco to a large jug with lots of ice and sliced fruit of choice. (For a non-alcoholic version use alcohol free prosecco.) Stir well. Pour into a glass. Garnish with pinch of florals from the tea or a lemon wheel. Enjoy.
