HELPFUL TIPS FOR FEBFAST
TIPS ON
MEASURING & MIXING
MEASURING
All the recipes in our FEBFAST program are measured in mls and cups. You will have received a 15ml/30ml jigger in your FEBFAST delivery, however if you misplace it at any stage, you can also use a tablespoon to measure. Each tablespoon is 15ml.
Another handy measuring tool is a teaspoon, which is 5ml.
MIXING
Most cocktails are mixed in a cocktail shaker or a stirring glass. Whilst these are beautiful to use, and make the job easier, you can also use a big jar with a lid, or even a wide-necked water bottle or smoothie shaker. As long as it can fit lots of ice, can be sealed, and is easy to pour out of, you can use anything!

TIPS ON PLANNING
& PREPARATION
ICE
You’re going to use a lot of ice, so make sure your ice trays are full! We also suggest having a plastic container in the feezer and popping ice from your trays in there, so you can refill the trays for next time. You can never have enough ice.
PRE-BREW TEA
We suggest brewing a big batch of tea in advance, and storing it in bottle in the fridge so that it’s ready and chilled whenever you need it. Refer to your weekly planner and make sure you’ve brewed enough of our Spring Blossoms or Festive Spiced Tea well in advance. (see linked video below).
CHILL YOUR GLASSWARE
One of the easiest ways to keep your cocktails chilled and delicious, is to pre-chill your glassware. A cold mocktail is a must!
TIP - if you’re worried about knocking your glassware over in your freezer, stand it up in a plastic container.
